I am not sure if you will find good Engneering colleges in Dammam. Most of the Indian students who live in KSA look for India for good enginnering colleges.

For Maths Classes in Dammam, it will again be difficult for me to suggest as there are a few. It would rather, you first base your preparation on NCERT books and after that you can make a list of topics you feel you need help in.
